I’ve got some exciting news to share with you all. I’ve recently joined Surrene and BXR to teach my signature method, which means you can now be part of my growing community and join me in studio for some sweaty sculpt sessions.
Here’s what to expect:
Low impact, high intensity dynamic sequences combining exercises which help build muscular strength, endurance and coordination.
50 minutes of resistance work, using body weight, hand and ankles weights, created to sculpt and improve posture and flexibility.
Lara’s approach to movement is multidimensional, finding strength into end range, and sustaining end range with isometric contraction.
Not one class is the same, but they all have an element of strength and an element of stretch.
The workouts are transformative and empowering, designed to boost vitality inside out.
