Easy to prepare, packed with nutrition & flavoursome.

In a bowl:

  • Add rocket leaves (arugula)
  • Green apples or your apple of choice
  • Dates 
  • Walnuts 
  • A drop of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

 

You can’t go wrong with this salad. 

It is perfect for hot weather when you want to eat light but still get your vitamins in. 

I have mine with or without balsamic vinegar. 

Cleansing, nourishing and helps to boost your immune system.
